Fullstack Job: Senior Fullstack .Net Developer

Mindcubed is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in the latest stack of technologies, particularly focusing on .Net and Microsoft SQL Server. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that drive our business objectives forward.

This position also requires exceptional leadership and self-initiative skills to guide and mentor our development team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software solutions using the latest stack of technologies, with a particular focus on .Net and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead and guide the development team, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement Cloud-based solutions using platforms such as Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing to streamline the software development and deployment processes.
• Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, recommending and implementing new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with team members to ensure timely resolution and minimize the impact on project timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful project delivery within budgetary and timeline constraints.
• Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status and requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in .Net and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong proficiency in .Net framework, C#, ASP.Net, and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2022, including database design, optimization, and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Extensive experience of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects from inception to deployment.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members to achieve project goals.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,500.00 - $175,500.00 per year
